Welcome to the Justgiving page of Four go Mad in Hatch End. 

Nicola, Evelyn, Veronica and Sarah went mad and took part in the Hatch End Triathlon on 9th May 2010. It was freezing cold and drizzling but we all had reasonable times, and came far from last! We completed 400m swimming, 17km cycling and 3km running. Thank you very much to all who supported us.

We are raising money for Watford and District Mencap, an amazing local charity which works with people with a learning disability. Watford Mencap is affiliated to national Mencap, but has to raise all its funds locally. We have been really heartened by people's response so far and have now exceeded our £1000 target!

£10 will pay for a sports and fitness session for an adult with a learning disability, helping them to get out of the house and improve their health. £35 will pay for a session in Watford Mencap's After-School Club, giving a child a chance to have fun and meet friends, whilst their parents get a much-needed break. Please help us to make a difference for people with disabilities.
