Story
Thanks for visiting my fund-raising page. Please click read more at the bottom.
AND A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT HAS GIVEN SO FAR.
I have successfully cycled Land's End to John O'Groats taking 16 days and 950 miles in July this year 2009, so thought I might make the pain I inevitably suffered worth while by raising money for these inspirational young people.
Take a look at any of the videos titled Teenage Cancer on YouTube, they are totally inspirational!
Donating through JustGiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Teenage Cancer Trust gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, JustGiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now! (And click the READ MORE tab to see the Cancer Trust promo video and hear my dulcet tones on the radio)
I didn't need a wheel chair myself by the time I finished and the hills in Cornwall were terrifying, but for everything they took on the way up, they gave back in spades on the way down, I am abit of a downhill speed junky now! The whole journey was really worthwhile and the people that I met totally delightful.
Please take a look at my blog > lejog-solo-with-steve-l.blogspot.com < hopefully you can get a feel for the ride through my pictures and words. Look out for the radio interviews as I travelled north.
Thankyou
Steve
