What am I doing?

On the 19th April from 5am to midnight I will be hosting a live 19 hour workout. Each hour I will be joined by awesome coaches, influencers and motivational people. 

How can I take part?

All you need to do is tune into my Instagram live (@iambenogden) or join the Facebook live (@iambenogden) for however long you like and for as many sessions as you like. All I ask is for you to donate for your session!
