Story
On 11th December 2017 our lives changed forever. We lost 3 of our most precious family members followed by little Lia on 13th December.
It has taken 9 months to finally lay our 4 Little Angels to rest. We will never forget the knock on the door that morning and finding out the devastating news. Our only hope was that Michelle was still fighting and we all had something to hold on to that she would pull through.
Over the months she has had highs and lows but has constantly fought on in the hope she could make it to see her babies laid to rest. Unfortunately this was not the case.
As many of you know Friday was a day we had all been dreading as a family and also as a community this was the day we finally said goodbye.
Through mixed emotions of sadness and anger Walkden came to a standstill and paid their respects and watched our Angels on their final journey past the place they called home and on through the town centre. Hundreds lined the streets and thousands around the country watched the procession on the news. As the bag pipes played family and friends carried them on to their final resting place.
Even though Michelle could not attend, she knew her family, friends and neighbours would do her children proud.
Michelle chose a charity as part of the funeral plans and wanted any donations to go towards the local Burns Unit based at Wythenshaw Hospital.
This link was added to the back of the Order of Service from Fridays ceremony. The money raised will go towards much needed funding as the unit is a charity run hospital.
If anyone would like to donate please do so on here.
Thank you all for your love and support so far, we cannot believe how our community came together through other fundraising events and more.
Now we would like to give something back to the people who care for those unfortunate enough to suffer from burns.
All our love The Pearson Family xx
