I am challenging myself this year. I have just had my Atrial Fibrillation ablated (March 2016). This means (hopefully) it will stop interfering with sport. So….its all out endurance sport year! Am attempting these 3 events…what the hell!

My Mum has Dementia there will be many many others in her situation who will need support from this great charity. So my aim is to get fit and raise money for them.
