So...... next year I turn 40! 

To celebrate i've decided to try and raise as much money as i can for an amazing charity. Childrens Hospice south West https://www.chsw.org.uk/

26th May 2017 Me, Marc thomas, Phil Edwards (yes i've roped them in) are going to start at epic journey to complete an Ultra triathlon. 3 days - 320 miles!

Day 1 - 6.2 mile swim & 90 mile bike
Day 2 - 171.4 Mile bke
Day 3 - 52.4 mile run (Double marathon)

We will be completing this on the streets and surrounding areas of Bristol.
