Thank you for visiting our page. We are hoping to raise as much as we can in support of Rookwood Hospital Cardiff who have treated and continue to rehabilitate our boss since his motorbike accident.

What are we doing?

London Cardiff 24 Hour Team Relay Challenge is the UK's longest point-to-point, non-stop running relay challenge. Our team will run 3 team stages and 2 individual stages passing the relay gps, running through towns, over fields, and along footpaths from Twickenham to Cardiff Millennium Stadium. We have to work together to beat the clock.

Who are Rookwood?

Rookwood is a registered charity set up in 2003 with the aim of promoting and improving the quality of life and opportunities for patients of the Welsh Spinal Injuries Centre at Rookwood Hospital, Llandaff, Cardiff.
It is estimated that there are over 1000 cases of spinal cord injury in the UK each year and approximately 50-60 of these are admitted to The Welsh Spinal Injuries Centre.
