Story
We’re back! A bit later this year, but with an even more epic challenge!
We’ve been mad enough to enter the Wye Valley 100k (10 miles further than last year) and again, we’re going to do it non-stop - that’s the plan anyway. My dodgy right foot and Kim’s back and hip are not playing fair at the moment, but we all aim to be at the starting line on Saturday 11 August in Chepstow.
This is all in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust, who are still supporting my daughter Holly in her remission from Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (long may it continue - amazingly, she is soon to complete her first year at uni) and they are doing a fantastic job helping young people with a cancer diagnosis. However, they still need to reach many, many more.
If you can find it in your heart and dig deep into your purse/wallet once again and make a donation, Suzanne, Jo, Kim and myself will be eternally grateful and your generosity will keep us going during the early hours of the Sunday morning!
We will keep you abreast of our progress during training and the actual event, so feel free to return here at any time.
