St Ann's Hospice is a charity which cares for thousands of local people with cancer and non-cancer life-limiting illnesses every year. My dad, Ian was one of them. In 2016 Ian became unwell with a lung condition that quickly deteriorated and resulted in him requiring round the clock care. After trying as a family to meet our dad's needs at home, Ian reluctantly made the decision to enter St Ann's Hospice. From the moment my dad arrived he received exceptional care delivered by dedicated staff that made his final weeks that bit more bearable. We will never forget what the Hospice did for all of us.
