After many years of fundraising - so far approx £17,000 it is time for my latest challenge. The 116 mile Abbey Trail, starts at Kirkstall Abbey in Leeds, heads up the Washburn valley, up to Pateley Bridge, then across to Ripon, Thirsk, Helmsley before finishing in Whitby on the 1st September - 8 days later. 

As a double transplant recipient, i also have pernicious anaemis and other chronic conditions so this is not as easy as it might seem, so please consider donating.
