This challenge is really tough for myself and my husband as derrick has muscular dystrophy, so he can’t process lactic acid meaning he could become paralysed,  and I have COPD. We both have full support of GP and specialists. 

Scotty’s Little Soldiers is a charity close to my heart. I have family members and friends who were/ are in the forces and it’s so important that we support all members and their families. As a parent myself, I would hate for my son to lose any of his family members. The children that are part of Scotty’s are in that exact situation. They have lost a parent on the front line and without Scotty’s, they have no support. This simply isn’t good enough. Scotty’s needs (& deserves) all the help they can get to continue to support these families and children.. 

There is a lucky dip being run on the day (2nd April) at the Westgate leisure centre in Chichester
