Having survived the Brazil & Tanzania cycle ride I think I must need my head tested as I've now agreed to ride coast to coast across Costa Rica. Only a volcano in the way! Its going to be a tough one. I've met the most amazing ladies during my rides, all with their own stories on why they sit on a bike saddle and get blisters to raise money. I've made friends for life but most importantly  we raised a huge amount of funding for these fantastic charities, Jo's Cervical cancer Trust, Ovarian Cancer Action & Breast Cancer Care. These charities provide vital support for both the cancer patient and their families through an enormously difficult time. I know as I've been lucky enough to come out the other side. This time it's a 450km ride. Your support and donations are very gratefully received.
