Story
Once again, after 3 years and following COVID, I am particularly proud this time to be raising much needed funds for the wonderful Spread a Smile charity.
On Sunday 29th May I will be attempting to cycle 100 miles from central London to around Essex for RideLondon for Spread a Smile, in a target time of under 7 hours! A huge challenge for my little legs and my ‘3 year older dodgy left knee', but nothing compared to the challenges faced by the families who regularly turn to Spread a Smile for support.
Spread a Smile's mission is to distract and entertain terminally and seriously ill children from the monotony of a long hospital stays by spreading incredible joy, laughter and positive memories.
These crucial services are available to the UK’s most critically ill children and teenagers up to the age of 18, who are under the care of 20 NHS partner hospitals and hospices. A full list of these and more details about this wonderful charity are available on the charity's website.
I know we are all asked to donate to so many good causes on a regular basis, but please, please dig deep into your pockets and support this unique and amazing children's charity.

Every little bit helps and thank you from the bottom of my heart! 😊
