We provide specialist hospice care to provide dignity when time matters most

Story

In memory of Anne Connell  (3rd July 2020):

On the morning of the 3rd July Anne suddenly and peacefully passed away in no pain and with family by her side at Raigmore Hospital.

Thank you to all of Anne’s family and friends  who have provided much needed support over the past few days. Our hearts are broken at the loss of Anne who was loved  by all who knew her.

A small private family funeral will be held on Monday 13th July in Inverness and we are having family flowers only.

If times were normal we would be surrounded by people who knew her, who could join us to say goodbye.  We cannot gather together to celebrate her life in the usual way at this time.  Many of you have asked if there is any way you could donate to a charity close to Anne’s heart in honour of her memory.  The Highland Hospice provided exceptional care and support to her late nephew Christopher Watson and continues to provide much needed comfort to many families in challenging times.

Anne did not need the support from Highland Hospice but we know it was close to her heart and she would want this.

On behalf of Dave, Marcus, Stewart , Ross and family - thank you.
