Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Walking with the Wounded do a fantastic job supporting injured service personnel so it is our turn to support them by participating in the Walking Home for Christmas event.

We want our activity to be community focused and reach as many people as possible to raise awareness of the charity and the importance of the role they play in supporting the people who have been affected by protecting us.

For our event, we will be in Middleton Grange Shopping Centre on Thursday 14th December between 2pm and 4 pm to assist shoppers to carry their bags and Christmas gifts to their cars. So this will be an ideal day to buy those larger items or fill a few extra shopping bags!  We would like as many people as possible to donate to Walking with the Wounded via justgiving or by using the TEXT donation number, either because we helped you or because we raised your awareness of the charity. TEXT 70070 and enter the code WMV064 followed by 1,2,3,4,5 or 10 for how much you wish to donate. Any donations will be very much appreciated, thank you.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
