This year I am running the London Marathon to raise funds and awareness for Pancreatic cancer. Last year in September my dear friend Marco was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Marco was an example of a clean living super fit guy and he was so grateful when I chose this charity to run for. Marco battled hard to beat it but sadly on Christmas Day he lost his fight against this disease. With your help and generosity I would like to help others who are also sadly struck down with this silent killer. Pancreatic cancer often shows no signs or symptoms in the early stages which is why it is essential to diagnose early, so together you and I can hopefully avoid someone else going through what poor Marco went through. RIP Marco
