So four years ago our world changed when Graham got diagnosed with multiple Myeloma stage 3 which is treatable but no cure , but luckily has an amazing Doctor and clinical nurse at Guys cancer centre he has had a 9 week stay at the start and then 2 stem cell transplants and just finished 290 days of chemotherapy .
I think giving something back is a way of thanking them all for all the amazing work and care they give to each and every person that walks through their doors

So myself and Kim will be doing the Guys ultimate triathlon...............5km run 18km spin bike then run 29 floors to the top of the tower wing xx
