As many of you no we lost our beautiful Lisa last year. It was devastating! I found running a brilliant coping mechanism. I wanted to raise money and awareness for the terrible condition epilepsy, which so many don't no the severity of. So that's why I have decided to combine the two, a 5k fun run to raise money and awareness for epilepsy action. We thought Sunday October 8 th (lisas 28th birthday)  would be a fitting tribute to Lisa. So far we have managed to raise around £800 for epilepsy action and would like to get to our £1000 target.
