Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On 4th May 2019 there will be a sponsored G&Sathon in Queenborough Church on Sheppey, to help raise funds for a much-needed brand-new Fourteenth Century vestry. We will start at 9am with Trial by Jury and continue with Pinafore, Pirates, Patience, Iolanthe, Mikado, Ruddigore, Yeomen and Gondoliers - maybe rounding off with another performance of Trial by Jury if there's time. Many Kent-based singers will be joining us as well as guests Marilyn Hill Smith, Joanna Gamble and Leon Berger. Andrew Charity will be at the piano all day! Please think about joining us to sing choruses and/or to contribute to the.

About the charity

Canterbury Diocese stretches from Maidstone to Thanet, the Isle of Sheppey to the Romney Marsh and includes 334 churches, 103 schools and a University with a Church of England foundation. Whilst the Archbishop of Canterbury is the bishop, oversight of the diocese is delegated to the Bishop of Dover.
