On September 13th, I will be taking part in the London to Brighton charity bike ride, raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

Now, let's be honest: the ride itself is going to be a fun weekend adventure that ends with chips at the seaside. I want your hard-earned cash to count for something real.

For every donation of £25 or above, you get a favour of your choice. This could be

- 1 hour private or group wrestling session

- 1 hour PT

- Assemble any annoying flat pack furniture

- Scrub your toilet and take out your bins

- Pick up and deliver your next grocery shop

Every single donation helps. Even if you don't hit the £25 favour threshold, I still want to work for it. For every £100 total raised on this page, I will do 1 hour of public litter picking in West London, fully documented on camera.
