Big Battlefield Bike Ride 2017
Both Leigh and I will be joining over 200 fellow fundraisers and members of the wounded, injured and sick military community in this challenge to cycle 350 miles in 5 days across France, Belgium and the Netherlands - ending at Arnhem. The route will roughly follow the 1944 "Market Garden" route of the Allied Forces through the Low Countries to Arnhem. (As in the film "A Bridge Too Far". Each day will include an act/service of remembrance for those who made the ultimate sacrifice at which Leigh will be playing Last Post.
