At the end of June  2018 I will be shaving my head for charity. The money raised will be going to a charity called ‘Mesothelioma UK’. Mesothelioma is a type of cancer which attacks the outer linings of many of the body’s internal organs and can sometimes take as long as 20 years to manifest itself after a person has come into contact with asbestos. Mesothelioma UK’ is a national resources centre dedicated to providing specialist mesothelioma information, support and improved care and treatment for patients and their families 

Sadly my grandfather passed away on the 24th of December 2011 having lost his fight with mesothelioma 

I will be donating my hair to the The Little Princess trust’ . This is a charity that provides real hair wigs free of charge for children and young adults up to the age of 24 that have sadly lost their hair to cancer treatment or other illnesses.
