I'm going to busk every day for 7 days as part of the 7k for 700k fundraising campaign for the NAS. 1st-7th April will be World Autism Week and I would like to also raise awareness of ASD amongst my friends and peers at college.

I'll be busking in Cardiff town centre and each day I'll be joined by different students from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. 

I had a pretty rough time of things growing up and without the right support and understanding I really struggled. I am really lucky that my family always had my back even though they didn't know about my diagnosis. Now I'm studying Jazz BMus at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. The ASD support at the college and around Cardiff is really great, I'm finally finding my feet. If more people were aware of and understood what Autism is, looks like and how diverse ASD can present, then those who need support can access that earlier and work towards their potential and their place in the world sooner. 

The National Autistic Society do so much for individuals everywhere on the spectrum and also for friends and families. Please donate and support them.
