Hi all,

On September 30th I will be attempting to complete Ironman Barcelona, which involves swimming 2.4 miles, cycling 112 miles then running a full marathon. While this is going to be a challenge it is nothing compared to the one faced by those diagnosed with cancer. While the fight against all forms of cancer are worthy of support I will be raising funds for Prostate Cancer UK in memory of a great mate who succumbed to the disease in 2014.
