We are Team Mind. We are all running 100km in 1 month each for Young Minds UK. 1 in 8 children and teenagers currently have a mental health disorder, from OCD, to anxiety, to depression. YoungMinds is the leading youth mental health charity; they help train professionals, raise awareness in schools and even have their own helpline.

16 people have signed up to run 100km in the month, and if everyone runs their bit, then 1.6 million metres will be run. It really is a Mind Million Metre challenge! We hope that everyone can raise £1,000; we're aiming for £16,000 which really would make a difference to so many people who suffer from mental health issues.
