Story

We will be climbing Mount Snowdon on the 27th of April 2019 to raise money for the Milton Keynes Hospital Charity, Cancer Centre Appeal. This appeal was launched in 2018 to raise the final £2.5m for the purpose built cancer centre, and all proceeds will go to this special cause. 

A new centre means the hospital can better support each and every cancer patient and provide most of the services they need under one roof. It will be a dedicated space offering treatment and a wide range of information & support services to anyone affected, all within a comfortable and welcoming environment close to their home.
This is huge news for cancer care in our area and will help to reduce the pressures on the patient and their family in what is already an extremely anxious and stressful time.

About the charity

We raise funds for all wards and departments at Milton Keynes University Hospital, enhancing the experience of patients, their families and staff. All the money raised funds items over and above NHS provision. By supporting us you can make a real difference to local people when they need it most.
