So, we have decided to enter a team for the London Triathlon.  We have entered the ''Sprint' team relay' where Silene will swim 750m through the rat-infested thames, James will cycle 20km and Emily will run 5km. We have not entered to win the race but to raise money for a fantastic cause.

The triathlon takes place on the 7th August at the Excel Centre, London - feel free to come and cheer us on.

Fight for Sight is the UK's leading charity dedicated to funding  world-class research into the prevention and treatment of blindness and eye disease.  The charity has very close links with our place of work, the Institute of Ophthalmology.
