Well after all the fuss I did it!  Not exactly an elite time - 5 hours 17 minutes, but I am happy to have got round.  I have really appreciated all the support I have had along the way and am grateful to you for adding yours to that.

It would be great if you could make a donation to Wateraid, which works to provide access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene around the world.  One of the most important aspects of this charity for me is that it works on small projects, helping local communities to help themselves in a long-term sustainable way.
