When one person dresses up and goes running for charity people take notice. When 3 strapping lads from the same office do it, its a beautiful thing. After aiming for the Cardiff 10k in September 08 but being cruelly cut down by injury I'm more determined then ever. Of course this means I am missing football on that Sunday, which is a huge sacrifice to me so bear that in mind when donating.

Mike has not stopped talking about his feats in the half marathon (and saving a man's golf clubs from a burning car) and is a little over-confident. Also wearing a santa suit covers up his 'drinking straw thick' legs.

Matt find's the idea of waking up early on a Sunday to exercise a strange new notion but promises to keep up with Mike early doors before taking him out with half a mile to go to give us a chance of beating him to the finish line.
