***My Result - 1hr 41mins***

Hello All

It's that time of year again and muggins is running in the Cardiff half-marathon. I've actually done some training this time, so maybe I won't be limping for 2 months afterwards, but then again, maybe I will.

The picture is of me storming along after about 4 miles of last year's run. It was just before I hit the "Wall", which was the first of about 50 "Walls" that I had to go through over the rest of the course.

Any donation that you can give is much appreciated. I'm running for a very worthy cause, so it would be good raise a few quid!
