Well, it's that time of year again. Time to beat my (aherm) blistering time of 2 hours and 12 minutes from last year!

I've decided again to do this run for Cancer research as I feel that of all the charities in the UK, Cancer Research are doing some of the most important work and achieving the most results. Most of us at some point or other will be touched by the effects of Cancer.

Please sponsor what you can - Don't forget, if you're in the UK and you're working please ensure you select the "Gift Aid /Tax Bonus" section as this will allow the charity to reclaim tax from your donation (makes it look like you've donated more that way too!).
