Hi guys great to see you here on my  page, as most of you know I am super passionate about Bristol Mind especially Mindline..

1 in 4 of us will suffer a form of mental distress sometime in our lifetime, and the line which is free to call gives vital support to those who need it, at a time in their lives when their world seems a little upside down.

It is an out of office hours support network kindly run by over 30 volunteers who give up an evening each week to listen.
