10k = 10,000 metres !!!!!!!!

I must be mad!! Now bearing in mind that my leg (that was injured in the infamous car crash) still manages to cramp up after a couple of miles - this will be a massive achievment for me. Please please, sponsor me, it is for a great cause and you won't regret it.
