3 HOURS 57 MINS AND 05 SECONDS

That was the hardest thing i have ever done. The aim was to get under 4 Hours and i done it,but i ached so much and swore i'll never do another one.

The atmosphere was brilliant all the way round but the last 2 miles were agony trying to keep on target for 4 Hours. I still ache 3 days later
