Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

After going through a horrendous, but what now appears to be a successful journey of being treated for tonsil cancer, I am planning to go on another journey to "give back" to the Macmillan Cancer Support Charity by trekking a section of the Great China Wall, in April 2009.

I am pleased to inform all donators and supporters of this website that this challenge has been successfully completed in great team spirit with another 53 trekkers and I have returned safely to the luxury and comforts of the UK.

The challenge was hard both mentally and physically, but very much rewarding, I teamed up with some fantastic people, got over fears and had some tears, I walked the line and had a great time. A copy of this site is well embedded in the Great Wall of China as an act of thanks to all those who gave. I will be creating (with the help of fellow trekker Jamie Burt) a story line report, with some good photo’s later for anyone interested. Anyone wishing to donate to this wonderful supportive charity can still do so via this site.
