The Willow Foundation provided Deb, Sam and Emily with a great day out some years ago which really helped them during a particularly sad and difficult time in their lives.  Since then they have been big supporters of Willow Foundation, which provides special days for seriously ill young adults,  and I now want to do my bit and join them in supporting the great work that Willow do.

This marathon is not going to be easy.  I've struggled with shin splints throughout my training so I'm sure I'm going to feel the pain, but your sponsorship will certainly help!
