Hey everyone, I am running the Manchester 10k in memory of my wonderful friend Adam who sadly died in between Christmas and new year in 2013. 

Adam was a very good friend of mine as well as a colleague and losing him has been one of the hardest things I and many of his friends/family/colleagues have ever had to face. Many of us are doing this run to celebrate Adam's life, as well as raising money for charities with a really good cause. Please donate if you can, the Missing People charity do amazing work to help support those who have lost a loved a one.
