Hi everyone,

As many of you know I fundraise for the East Anglia's Children's Hospices. The Ipswich Hospice is particularly special to myself as my cousin Josh was supported by them for many years. The Hospice provides invaluable support to many terminally ill children and their families throughout their lives.

Myself, Andy, Jonathan and Emma are all taking part in the Ride for Life (10 miles) in Thetford Forest to raise money for such a worthy cause.

Please donate as much or as little as you wish to myself or each of the team members involved. It really is much appreciated and is put to very good use.

There are also 19, 25 and 35 mile bike rides and 3 and 9 mile walks. Please feel free to take part in any of these or come along to support us on the day, there is guaranteed to be good food, stalls and a great atmosphere.
