On Sunday 15 August I will be undertaking a 30 mile bike ride for charity organised by BAPS Charities partnering with Barnardo’s Children’s Charity.

As you may not know I decided to enter myself for this challenge due the fact that I am barely able to walk a mile without huffing and puffing to the nearest coffee shop for a fix, so this is not as easy as it sounds for someone who tries to find the easy way out especially for exercise related activities.
