Dear all

Over the bank holiday weekend in May this year, myself and 30 other amateur riders cycled over 300 km from Central London to the Eiffel Tower in Paris on behalf of Rugbytots and in aid of the NSPCC.

It certainly was a challenge and I did as much training as possible beforehand as I wasn't sure what I'd let myself in for! Please dig deep and generously sponsor me.  It really is for a worthy cause.

At the NSPCC every single penny counts and helps to save lives. It is incredible to think that just £100 would help the NSPCC answer the calls of 25 desperate children and allow their voices to be heard.

Everyone knows times are tough and no one feels this more than charities so please spare whatever you can.
