The 3 peaks Challenge... Ben Nevis (4406 ft), Scafell Pike (3209 ft) and Snowdon (3560 ft) in less than 24 hours.

On the 14th of June 2008 we will be attempting to climb the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales all in less than 24 hours (including driving time!) Thats around 9800 feet of climbing, 27.5 miles of walking and a 450 mile round trip!!

Obviously we are doing this for fun (?!) but with the added bonus of raising money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer!!!

As most of you will know Gill lost her mum to Breast Cancer in 2006, so the work that Breakthough carries out both in terms of research and awareness of this disease is close to both of our hearts.
