After a successful completion of the St Alban's Half Marathon last year in a reasonable time of 1h39 I have decided to do it again! But this time for charity. I have decided to run for the Parkinson's Disease Society. My dad has been diagnosed with a Parkinson's related disease and therefore I have seen first hand the impact this debilitating disease has on both the sufferer and the primary carer.
