GL-14 The Health Club have chosen The Willow Foundation as their Charity of the Year. To get the fundraising off to a fantastic start, Fitness Instructors Pat and Nicola and dedicated members Andy and Rochelle are taking on the challenge of a 24 hour Spin-A-Thon.

Come and show your support to the team from midday on the 8th to Midday on the 9th December and please give generously to such a worthwhile cause. See posters around the club or speak to one of the participants for more information!
