Please donate what ever you can every penny counts.</p> <p>Please also click on the gift aid this wont cost you any extra but means the Goverment will give to the charity.</p> <p>Its almost the time of the year for another punishing bike ride last year was the coast to coast this year we have chosen to increase the distance we cycle&nbsp;so for 3 days starting the 16th June to the 18th we are&nbsp;going to be cycling from the coast of Sunderland to Edinburgh a total of 200 miles assuming no rong turns are taken or we hit any diversions.</p> <p>Some of the ladds are doing this for other charities but for me I'm doing it again for in the memory of mine and many other peoples froend Joe Holbourn and for the Chrons and Colitis charity that maybe could have helped&nbsp;Joe if things had been diffrent.</p> <p>This is going to be a hard cycle and no doubt will leave my legs ready to drop and me sore in places that we dont want to be but will be worth it if it can raise a little or a big amount and help the awreness of the Chrons and Colities chaity.</p> <p>So please dig deep and donate now and we can make a diffrence to peoples lifes.</p> <p>Cheers</p> <p>Glen</p>
