The ability to get around is vital in order to live a full life yet thousands of people with sight loss never leave home alone. We empower visually impaired people to do that and rely on the support of the public to fund the guide dog service.

Story

Update: 12 March:

FINISHED!

Post race report is available if you'd care to read it - email me.

The £ is now coming in and a special thanks to John's Parent's Zóe and Malcolm who today kindly sent GD4tB a cheque for a whopping £50!

Also thanks to Julie's parents for their cheque, and locally, Geraldine's £10, Don & Christine and Doreen have added some £7 cash collectively.

Thanks everyone!

Tim

ps- I'm looking at the http://www.mtb-marathon.co.uk/ series and having a crack at the 100km route in Ruthin (Wales) 24 - 25th May 2008. Don't worry - no one will be asked to dip into their pockets again this year but  I'll keep updating the Mountain Bike Training Diary blog though, http://www.dogsloweverywhere.blogspot.com/
