Well " We certainly are there now "After what can only be described as the toughest physical event any of us have ever done, we finally finished the 55 mile Thunderwalk challenge in 20hours and 20 mins in a more than creditable 7th place out of 49 teams. Pictures to follow

Our Team of 4 undertook theThunderwalk 2012 challenge for our nominated charity the Thames Valley & Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust .

The Thunderwalk challenge was to walk 54 miles over the Brecon Beacons within 24 hours. We will be walking night and day crossing the highest peaks of the Brecon Beacons – Pen Y Fan (886m), Corn Du (873m), Cribyn (795m) and finally Fan Y Big (719m).
