We train rural health workers to provide emergency dental care

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The Gordons are travelling to Tanzania in October to climb Mount Meru, on a 4 day trek to raise money for the dental charity Bridge2Aid!

Whilst Christine and Jake still have youth on their side, the oldies may need a bit of extra encouragement and raising as much money as possible for such a worthwhile cause will keep us all going!

Bridge2Aid empowers Health Workers who are already established and well respected members of rural communities, providing them with the skills, experience and equipment to help those in need. Training is carried out by volunteer dentists and dental nurses who spend approximately two weeks in East Africa with Bridge2Aid participating in a Dental Volunteer Programme.

Continued support is needed to help Bridge2Aid train and equip more Health Workers in developing countries, helping to eliminate dental pain and suffering in a growing number of rural communities.

Any donation, no matter how big or small, would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you!

Ian, Jayne, Christine & Jake
