Challenge Complete :-)

Hi Guys.

I am going to cycle 400km (249 miles) climbing over 2068m (6,785 feet) in the Canadian Rockies for the Edinburgh Marie Curie Hospice in July 2010.  I have never done anything like this before so it should be a challenge to say the least.  Having carried out work for Marie Curie in Edinburgh as a painter & decorator,  and seen first hand what a wonderful job the nurses and other staff do,  I felt that I wanted to do something to help.  So I have decided to take on this challenge in memory of my late friend Stevie Inglis. (Hibs.Net toaosi)  Just recently Stevie lost his fight with stomach cancer and I lost a dear friend at an age that was just too young.  A very sad experience and a reminder that sometimes,  we can take so much for granted.

I don't have the wonderful skills of the nurses,  doctors and other staff that make a place like Marie Curie tick...............but I can ride a bike.............PLEASE HELP!!    Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure.

Any small amount can go such a long, long way.
