Coronavirus is a difficult time for many who feel more alone than ever. For some, this means unable to access essential support or having confidential space to contact services. 

Despite the challenges, SARSVL are continuing their services and adapting as best they can to continue counselling, advocacy and running the helpline to ensure women and girls can be heard, supported and empowered. 

I am keeping this fundraising open for those who wish to donate. 1 in 5 women experience sexual assault since the age of 16, and roughly 85,000 women are raped each year in England and Wales. 

SARSVL also supports women who have experienced childhood sexual abuse, and is dedicated to breaking down myths, stereotypes and the stigma around sexual assault.
