Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

Following our tragic loss of Graham last October, we were put in touch with CRY and were staggered to discover that 8 young people a week die suddenly in the UK with undiagnosed heart conditions. We want to do all we can to try and prevent anyone else suffering a tragedy such as ours and help raise awareness and assist in the charity's aim to screen all young people for heart conditions and prevent needless lives being lost.

Graham made us so proud and was always the first to help other people .We want to continue following his example and so we are joining the CRY Heart of London Bridges Walk on July 15th, walking over 8 bridges, 8 kilometres, which represent the 8 young lives lost each week. No mean feet just some sore ones especially for a 11 and 7 year old!!!

We are doing this in memory of Graham a treasured husband, dad, son, brother, uncle and friend whom we love and miss so much!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to donate: Cardiac Risk in the Young will receive your money electronically and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in Gift Aid will be added to your donation at no cost to you.

Please donate generously to the Graham Button memorial fund.

Many thanks for your support.
